Our office for Rkd Construction Pvt Ltd is situated at Mig-50 in Udaygiri Vihar. This is over in the Patrapada area of Bhubaneswar, 751019. It’s a residential-feeling area, so it’s usually not too loud around the office. We use the ground floor mostly for our paperwork and meetings. There’s a small space out front where we park the bikes. We’ve been in Udaygiri Vihar for a few years now. Most of the neighbors know us as the construction guys. We spend a lot of our time out at different sites, but this is where we come back to finish up the day. Patrapada is growing fast, so there's always something going on nearby. At Mig-50, we keep things pretty basic. A few chairs, some tables, and maps pinned to the walls. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. Sometimes the printer acts up, which is a bit of a headache. We are just a group of people trying to get work done. Bhubaneswar has been a good city for us. It’s just us doing the job as best as we can. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy to get to the main roads. It's a practical spot for Rkd Construction Pvt Ltd to be based. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee throughout the day. It’s often the place where we have our most important talks about the upcoming jobs. There is a stack of bricks out by the gate that has been there for months. We just haven't moved them yet. That's just how life goes when you're busy running a construction company. We stay focused on the tasks at hand.
