Oriyaana Infraventures LLP is set up at Plot No-324 and 323, located in the Raghunathpur area of Bhubaneswar. It is funny how addresses work here with all the different numbers, like Khata No-511/1869, but we have managed to make it our home base. This part of Khorda is growing fast, and there is always some kind of activity happening right outside our door. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with the everyday logistics of infraventures. It is not always exciting work, but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The office is usually filled with the sound of people talking on phones or the hum of the air conditioner trying its best against the Orissa heat. We like being in Raghunathpur because it feels a bit more open than the very center of the city. Most of us have been working in this industry for a while, so we know how to handle the ups and downs of the local market. We don't spend much on fancy furniture or decor; we just need a place to store our tools and documents. Lunch is usually something quick brought from home or picked up from a nearby shop. It is a very normal office where we focus on the practical side of things. We just try to get through our to-do lists and make sure everything is where it should be by the time we lock up for the evening.
