Omm Sai Travels

Omm Sai Travels is found on Behera Street in the Nayapalli area. Our office is right in front of the Medi Plus Medical Store, so if you see the pharmacy, you have basically found us. Nayapalli has a lot of little streets and we are tucked into one of them. We started this business because there was a need for reliable cars around here. It is just a few of us working in the shop. We don’t have a big corporate office with air conditioning and fancy lights. Instead, we have a simple space with a few chairs and a table. We spend most of our day on the phone with customers or chatting with the drivers who hang out nearby. We keep a close eye on our vehicles to make sure they are in good enough shape for the road. The street can be quite narrow, so parking is sometimes a bit of a puzzle. We handle all kinds of travel, whether it is for a local meeting or a trip to a nearby town. We don't really have a mission or anything like that. We just want to make sure the car gets to the customer's house on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tire getting stuck or a driver being late, but we try to fix it quickly. It is just a normal local travel desk in a busy part of town. We stay open late if there are still cars out.
