We are over at Plot Number 99 in Anant Bihar Phase II. This is in the Pokhariput area of Bhubaneswar. If you are looking for us, we are right in front of the D.A.V. School. The school is a big help for directions because everyone in Pokhariput knows it. During the morning and afternoon, the road gets really busy with parents and school buses. It is a lively spot for sure. Bhubaneswar is a growing city and this part of it has a lot of new buildings. Our plot is a standard size for this neighborhood. We use it for our Ocl India Limited office. Inside, it is just a normal workspace. We have some computers and a place for meetings. It is not like those high-rise offices you see in big cities. It feels more like a house that was turned into a place for business. The pin code is 751020. Orissa can be very humid, so we keep the fans going all day. The front of the building faces the school gates. We see the kids playing and the teachers coming and going. It is a nice enough place to work. We don't have a big reception area, just a desk near the entrance. It is a simple, straightforward office for the team to gather and get things done. We like it here because it feels connected to the local neighborhood and people.
