Ms B K Travel is situated in the ID Market at IRC Village. We are right there in the I block of the market, not far from the IRC Village Government Hospital. Being near the hospital means there’s always people around, which keeps the area lively. We have been here in Bhubaneshwar for a long time now. Our office is a small, simple place where we help people with their travel plans. Usually, it’s folks from the neighborhood stopping by while they do their daily shopping. We do a lot of train and bus ticket bookings. We aren't one of those big agencies with glass walls and uniforms. It’s just us and a couple of old computers. Sometimes the internet acts up and we have to ask people to come back later, but most people are patient. We try to be as helpful as we can with finding the right routes. Living in this city for so many years has taught us a lot about how to get around. We have some loyal customers who have been coming to us since we first opened our doors. It’s a modest business and we like it that way. We just keep the paperwork moving and make sure everyone gets their tickets on time. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the community here.
