We’ve been in this neighborhood for some time now and it’s been interesting to see how much Patia has changed. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle architectural work. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s mostly desks, drawing boards, and a lot of coffee. We spend our time working through the specifics of building designs. It involves a lot of back and forth with contractors and checking on local regulations. Sometimes it’s a bit of a headache with all the paperwork, but it’s part of the job. We don’t claim to be the most famous architects around, but we know our way around a site plan. The team here is small and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we know how each other thinks. The Patia Gds area is always under construction it seems, which is good for us I suppose. We often walk over to nearby sites just to check on progress or see how a certain material is holding up. Our office at Sub Plot No 11 is where we do all the thinking and drawing. It’s a bit of a mess with blueprints everywhere, but we have our own system. We just take things one day at a time and keep working.
