Our office for Luxe Building Solutions is over at Plot No C-32 in Saheed Nagar. If you know Bhubaneswar, you know Saheed Nagar is a crowded spot with lots of shops and offices squeezed together. We operate out of here because it’s central for everyone. We handle building projects, which basically means a lot of back-and-forth between the office and various sites around Khorda. The morning starts with checking the lists and seeing which crew is where. We aren't trying to be a huge corporation. It’s a small team here. We deal with architects and plumbers and the guys who deliver the cement. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with samples and drawings everywhere, but we know where everything is. Saheed Nagar can be a headache for parking, but it's a good place to be based. We spend our time making sure the dimensions are right and the materials actually show up when they are supposed to. Some days are just filled with phone calls and trying to fix mistakes on a plan. It’s honest work. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anyone in suits. Just people who know how buildings go together. We’ve been in this part of Orissa for a bit now. We just focus on getting the current jobs done so we can move to the next ones. It’s steady, quiet work most of the time. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just putting up walls and roofs for people who need them.
