L&T Ecc Division

Our L&T Ecc Division office is located in Kushapalla, which is in the Begunia area of Khurda district. Being out here in Orissa means we are a bit removed from the big city rush, which suits us just fine. The office is a simple building, nothing more than a practical space to keep our project notes and tools. We don't have any of those modern office features like glass partitions or fancy coffee machines. We just have a kettle in the corner and a lot of paper records stacked up on every available surface. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we talk through the site updates. Most of the people working here are just focused on getting their sections done. We don't really use big words or talk about missions. We just talk about what needs to be delivered and when. The road outside can be a bit rough, but it gets us where we need to go. If you stop by, you’ll see a bunch of people who look like they’ve been out in the sun all day. It’s an honest, working-class environment where we just focus on the engineering tasks. It’s not pretty to look at, but it’s where all the real work starts for us in this part of the state.
