This is our spot in Bhubaneswar. We are at Plot-N-1 276 in the Nayapalli area. It's a busy part of Orissa, especially around the IRC Village. We’ve been operating Lafarge India Pvt.Ltd from this location for some time now. It’s a standard office, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly desks and stacks of files. We deal with a lot of local logistics and distribution stuff. The traffic in Nayapalli can be a real headache in the mornings, so we all try to get in early to beat the rush. Most of the folks working here are locals who know the city inside out. We don't really do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing unless someone important is visiting. Usually, it's just shirts and trousers and getting the job done. We get a lot of visitors asking about cement and construction materials. We do our best to help them out without making it complicated. The 751015 area has seen a lot of development. New buildings are going up everywhere you look. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit and chat until it comes back. It's just a normal day-to-day existence for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just making sure the orders go through and the deliveries happen on time. It's a lot of coordination between the plant and the customers. We’ve grown quite fond of this neighborhood over the years. We just keep our heads down and work.
