Ksr Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Naharakanta, which is in the Khurda district near Bhubaneswar. Our office is right there in the At/Po area, making it easy for us to stay connected with the local community. We are mostly involved with infrastructure stuff, so our daily routine involves a lot of technical talk and looking at site plans. The office in Bhubaneswar is our home base where we keep all the heavy equipment records and employee files. It’s a plain building with white walls and simple tiles. We don't spend much on making it look like a showroom because we are usually out on the field anyway. The weather in Odisha can be quite unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time checking the forecast before heading out to work on projects. It’s a straightforward operation here. We have a couple of trucks and some dedicated people who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation. We just want to do our local projects and make sure they are done right. Sometimes we sit around in the evening talking about how the roads are changing in the area. It is good to be part of the local growth in Khurda. We just take things one day at a time and keep our heads down while we work.
