Being near Jail Square in Jharapara means there is always a lot of activity around our shop. We are at 706/2553 on Cuttack Road. It is a bit of a unique setup because we do not just do travel bookings, we also teach people how to drive. Teaching someone to drive in Bhubaneshwar traffic takes a lot of patience, let me tell you. We have the dual-control cars and we spend hours every day out on the roads with beginners who are nervous about the gears. Then back at the office, we handle the travel side of things, like booking cars for outstation trips. It makes for a very long day for all of us. The office is usually full of student files and car maintenance records. We have a small bench outside where people wait for their turn behind the wheel. The road noise from Cuttack Road is constant, but you stop noticing it after a while. We started this because there was a need for a proper school around here. We are not trying to be the biggest place in town, just a steady one where you can actually learn something or get a ride when you need it. My desk is usually a mess of keys and learner permits. We keep the cars running as much as we can. It is a lot of work keeping the vehicles in good shape with so many different people driving them every single day.
