We are tucked away in Sub Plot No- 31, right in Lane-2 of Chandrasekharpur. It is pretty easy to find if you know where the Tanishq showroom is, because we are just behind it. Most mornings, the office starts with the sound of the shutters going up and someone heading out to get tea from the stall at the corner. Koncept Archidesign Consultants is not a massive place with glass walls and fancy carpets. It’s mostly just us, some drawing tables, and a lot of rolled-up papers that never seem to stay organized. The neighborhood is usually busy, especially with the traffic heading towards the main road, but our lane stays relatively quiet most of the time. We’ve been here in Bhubaneswar for a while now. The walls here could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are usually too busy looking at site plans to worry about that. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just sit by the window and wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just a normal workplace where people come to get their drawings done and talk about building things. There’s always a bit of dust on the shelves from the construction nearby, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't have a big reception desk or anything, just a few chairs for whoever drops by to talk for a bit.
