Our office is located at Plot No-4586 in the Gadakan area of Bhubaneswar. It’s near the Mancheswar post office, so it’s pretty easy to find if you are familiar with this part of Odisha. The Pin-751017 area has changed a lot since we first started Kalvik Builders Pvt. Ltd. We’ve seen more roads and houses pop up every year. Our building is just a normal plot where we’ve set up our workspace. It’s not one of those glass towers you see in the city center. We prefer it this way because it feels more real. Inside, you’ll find some old wooden desks and a lot of files. We don't use much fancy software if a pen and paper can do the job just as well. Most days, we are either here talking to people or out at various sites checking on how things are going. The weather in Bhubaneswar can be tough, especially the humidity, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We usually have the fans going full speed while we drink our water and discuss the day’s work. There isn't much to say about our "philosophy" because we don't really have one. We just show up at Plot No-4586, do what needs to be done, and go home to our families. It’s a simple business life for us here in Gadakan, and we like the steady pace of it.
