Our office is at number 804 in Phase 2 of Dumduma. It’s a quiet spot in Bhubaneshwar, located right near the SBI Bank. If you find the bank, you’ve basically found us. We use this space to conduct our training and work on quality improvement projects. It’s not a high-tech facility. We have some whiteboards, a few projectors, and enough chairs for whoever shows up. The office feels lived-in. There are stacks of manuals and notebooks on the tables. We don’t have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so sometimes things get a bit dusty. We handle all the teaching ourselves. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of the people who come to us are sent by their employers or heard about us from a friend. We spend our days looking at data and talking about how to make business processes work better. It’s very technical work but we try to explain it in a way that makes sense. Being in Dumduma is nice because it’s away from the main city traffic. We have a small pantry where we make tea for anyone who wants it. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don’t wear suits and we don’t use corporate lingo. We just want to help people get their work right. We stay busy with our sessions and usually head home once the sun goes down.
