We've been over here at N1/17 in IRC Village for a good while now. Most days you'll find us out at one of the sites around Bhubaneswar, dealing with the dust and the sun. It’s hard work, but someone’s got to put the bricks together. Jagannathdham Super Structures might sound like a big name, but it’s just a group of us trying to get things built right. People know where to find us if they need a wall put up or a roof looked at. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside the office. We keep our tools in the back and the paperwork on a messy desk inside. It’s not a fancy setup, but it works for what we do. Orissa is a fast-moving place these days and there is always something that needs fixing or starting from scratch. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or long meetings. Usually, we just grab a tea, look at the plans, and head out. If you walk past the house in IRC Village, you might see our truck parked out front. We’ve lived here and worked here long enough to know the neighborhood well. It is just the way we do things, day in and day out. We hope the structures we build stay solid for a very long time, as that's what really matters when all the work is finally finished.
