J. D. Traders

J. D. Traders is tucked away at Plot No. 687/2416 in Ekamra Villa. Being in Irc Village gives the place a bit of a quieter feel than the main commercial hubs. The office is basically a converted space that we have made our own over the years. It is not very big, and we often have to move chairs around just to get a box through the door. There is a small garden patch outside that the owner tries to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win in the end. We start our day early, usually before the sun gets too high. The first thing we do is check the inventory and see what needs to be moved. It is a lot of physical effort, and we often end the day with sore backs and dirty hands. We do not have a fancy reception area or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. Irc Village is a nice enough place to spend the day. There is a sense of community here that you do not find everywhere. We know the guy who runs the corner shop and the family next door. The work itself is not complicated, but it requires us to be careful with the numbers. We are not trying to change the world. We just want to run our business properly and keep things moving. It is a simple existence.
