Itd Cementation India Ltd

We are over at Qrno-2Rb 4/1 in Unit-8. It’s right in Gopabandhu Nagar, Bhubaneswar. The office here is pretty basic. We’ve got some old chairs and a lot of files piled up on the desks. Itd Cementation India Ltd has been using this space to keep track of all the construction going on in Orissa. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise from the street. We don't really have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. Most of the time, we are just sitting here working on the logs and making sure the supplies are coming in. The heat in Bhubaneswar can be tough, but we have some fans going. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just have to wait. It’s just how it goes. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for years. We know each other well. We don't spend money on fancy things, just the stuff we need to get the bridges or buildings finished. You can smell the wet cement sometimes when the wind blows the right way. We also have to deal with the traffic which makes getting to the sites a bit of a nightmare some mornings. But we manage it. We are just a bunch of regular people trying to do a decent job every day.
