Imil

At Imil, we are set up at Plot No-1880 in the Sabita Niwas building. This is located in Bhubaneswar, Orissa, with the postal code 751002. It's a fairly easy place to find if you know the area. The building is a bit older, but it serves its purpose well. We have our workspace laid out in a way that makes sense for the daily grind. It's not a corporate headquarters with hundreds of staff. It is just a handful of us making sure things get done correctly. There is a lot of paperwork, and sometimes the filing cabinets get a bit jammed, but we manage. Being in this part of India means dealing with the humidity and the rains, which sometimes makes the office feel a bit damp. We just open the windows when we can. We aren't here to make big speeches or use complicated business strategies. We just take it one day at a time. If there is a problem, we sit down and talk about it until it is fixed. It’s a very human way of working. Most of us live nearby, so we know the community well. The neighborhood is mostly houses and a few small shops, which makes it feel very grounded. We just show up, do our jobs, and try to be helpful when we can.
