We are based out of Kudiary. It is a quiet place near Jatni in the Khurda district. If you are coming from the main road, you go via Jatni to reach us. Our office is right there in the village area. It is a simple setup. We deal with land and development stuff around here in Orissa. Being in a place like 752050 means we know almost everyone in the vicinity. It is not like the big city offices you see in places like Bhubaneswar. We have old fans and a lot of paper files in the back. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out or take a break. People stop by to talk about their plots or just to say hello. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy stuff for us. We just handle the projects as they come to us. The roads around here can be a bit dusty in the summer months. We have been here for quite some time now. Most of our staff live nearby, so they just walk or bike to work every day. It is a slow pace of life but the work gets finished.
