This office is located inside Joystna Enclave, specifically at flat 203 in the Jayadev Vihar area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a quiet spot compared to the bigger administrative buildings downtown. We use this space for managing various government matters related to Orissa. The enclave is easy to find if you know the neighborhood well. It feels more like a home than a stiff office because it’s in a residential block. We have some desks set up and filing cabinets lining the walls. Sometimes the neighbors are out in the hall, and it just feels like a normal part of the community. We get our mail at 751013. The light comes in through the windows in the afternoon, making it a decent place to sit and go through the ledgers. We don't have any big signs outside, so you have to look for the flat number. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people are working at once, but we make it work. Most of the day is spent on the phone or writing things down by hand. It isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle the duties assigned to us. We’ve been at this location for a while now and the routine stays pretty much the same every week. The kitchen area is mostly used for making tea and storing old files that we don't need right away. People usually call before they come because it is just a regular flat in a residential building.
