Our office here in Bhubaneswar is located at Qr. No Iv-31/2 in Unit-1. We are sharing the space with Dhaneswar Das. It’s a central part of the city, which makes it easy for us to get around to different sites in Orissa. The building is one of those older government-style quarters, very solid and reliable. We have a couple of rooms set up for our office work. It’s mostly just filing cabinets, some plastic chairs, and a long table where we spread out the blueprints. The neighborhood is fairly quiet during the day because most people are away at work. We get a nice breeze through the windows in the evening, which helps with the humidity. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to look for the quarter number. The staff here is small, just a handful of us handling the local logistics and keeping track of the materials coming in. We usually start the day early before the heat gets too bad. There’s a small garden patch outside that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win. It’s a very simple operation. We don’t do much marketing or anything like that. People who need us usually know where we are or have our number. We just focus on the projects and making sure the workers have what they need to stay on schedule. The ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but it keeps the room cool enough for us to work.
