Firstsource(Vodafone)

Our workspace is located at Q.R No-2Ra-55 in Unit-1 of Bhubaneswar. It’s a familiar area for most folks who live in BBSR, and it's easy to get to by bus. We work closely with the Vodafone side of things, so there is always something happening with phone lines or customer accounts. The office itself is pretty basic. We have rows of desks and a lot of wires running along the walls. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where every file and cable is. The weather in Orissa can be a bit much sometimes, especially in the summer, so we stay inside and keep the computers cool with the AC. We spend most of our time talking to people on the phone or typing up long reports. It's steady work that keeps us busy from early morning until late afternoon. There is a small tea stall just a few buildings down where we go during our breaks. It gives us a chance to stretch our legs and get away from the glowing screens for a bit. The address is a bit of a mouthful to say, but once you find Unit-1, it isn't too hard to spot our building. We aren't trying to be anything fancy or corporate. We just do the job that needs doing and head home to our families. It’s a local team, and we’ve all been through the same training. We just keep the service going for whoever needs it.
