Essar Constructions (I) Ltd.

We’re located in Fortune Towers, specifically in unit 3A. It’s over in C.S. Pur, which is a pretty well-known spot in Bhubaneshwar. Essar Constructions (I) Ltd. has been operating out of here for a while now. While the name of the building sounds a bit fancy, our office is actually pretty down-to-earth. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of site maps pinned to the walls with tape. We do a lot of heavy lifting in the construction world around Orissa. It’s not an easy job. We spend a lot of time worrying about the weather and the price of materials. There is always a lot of shouting on the phone to get things delivered on time. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us. We’re just the people who make sure the foundations are poured correctly and the beams are straight. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when all the site supervisors come in at once to report, but we make it work. We’ve seen Bhubaneshwar change quite a bit from our window in 751023. We like to think we’ve had a small hand in some of those changes. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the plans and do our best to follow them. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, we build, and we move on to the next one. That’s how we’ve always done it here and how we'll keep doing it.
