We've been operating out of Surya Nagar for a good bit now. Our spot is at number 26, right near the Office’S Mess, which most people in Bhubaneshwar know. It’s a decent area, though parking gets a bit tight sometimes. We handle architectural stuff here, mostly focusing on getting the drawings right and making sure the layouts actually work for the people living in them. It's just a small group of us sitting at our desks every day. We don’t really do fancy presentations or anything. If you come by, you’ll probably see a lot of rolled-up papers and half-finished sketches scattered around the tables. We like being in this part of town because it’s central enough but stays relatively quiet compared to the main roads. Sometimes we lose track of time when we're deep into a project, especially when the rains start hitting the roof. It’s not a huge office, just a practical workspace where we get things done. We usually have the fan on high because the heat gets a bit much. People stop by to talk about their house plans or maybe just to check how a renovation is going. We try to keep things simple and honest here. There isn't any big secret to how we work; we just look at the site and try to figure out what fits best without making it too complicated.
