You can find us on the first floor of a building in Neeladri Vihar, right near Chandrasekharpur College. The address is Plot No- 289/5192, and it’s a busy part of Bhubaneshwar these days. Working in real estate at Bonsai Realty means we spend a lot of time on the phone or driving around looking at different plots. The office is a practical space, nothing too flashy, just some desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. We handle a lot of the local property stuff around here. It’s a lot of walking through empty lots and explaining boundary lines to folks who are looking to buy or sell. Sometimes the weather in Odisha doesn't cooperate, and we end up quite muddy after a site visit. We’ve seen this neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Being near the college means there are always people moving around and new things being built. We try to keep our paperwork in order, though the filing system gets a bit messy during the busy months.
