We are located at 15 A, right at Master Canteen Square in Kharvel Nagar. Being in this part of Bhubaneshwar means we are always in the middle of everything. It’s a very busy intersection. Our building has been standing here for quite some time. We offer rooms and spaces for people who are traveling or need a place for a gathering. It’s a straightforward business. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters somewhere else. Everything happens right here on the property. The lobby is functional with some old furniture and a desk where we keep the register. Our staff is local and they’ve been working with us for years. We don’t have fancy digital check-in kiosks. We prefer to talk to people and write things down in our books. Sometimes the traffic outside can be a bit loud, especially during the day when the square is full of people and cars. We do our best to keep the rooms clean and ready. It’s a lot of physical work, like changing linens and scrubbing floors. We don't use much advertising. Most of our guests are people who just know us or saw the sign while passing through Kharvel Nagar. It’s not a luxury hotel, just a place to stay that’s convenient for the station and the markets. We just keep things running day by day. It’s a simple operation and we like it that way. We just keep the doors open for everyone who needs a room.
