Aditya Birla Group,Ultratech Cement

We are over here at Q. No: F/127 near the Osap 7Th Bn in Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy spot in the Khurda district. Dealing with Ultratech Cement means we see a lot of trucks and builders coming through Orissa every day. People around here know the name Aditya Birla Group, but for us, it’s just the daily grind of making sure the cement gets where it needs to go. The weather in Bhubaneswar can get pretty hot, especially in the summer months, but the work doesn't really stop. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Most of the guys working here are from around the local area or nearby villages. We handle the logistical side of things, checking papers and making sure the supplies are moving. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get the job done. Sometimes the roads get a bit dusty with all the construction going on, but that’s just how it is in this line of work. We talk to contractors and local workers all morning. Most of them are just trying to finish their projects on time. It’s a lot of coordination between the plant and the building sites. We don't spend much time on fancy talk. If someone needs to know about a shipment, they just come by or give a call. It feels good to be part of the building process in this part of the state.
