We’re based out on Khopoli Chain Road, right across from the Ajay Mill Ground in the Khalapur Taluka area. It’s a bit out of the way, but that gives us plenty of space for all the infrastructure equipment we need to store. Kridhan Infra Solutions is mostly about the big projects, but we run everything from this office near the mills. The ground opposite us is a good landmark, though it gets quite dusty when people are playing cricket or events are happening. Being in Khalapur means we have a bit more room than we would in the middle of a big city. The road can be a bit bumpy, especially after the monsoon season. We’ve got a team that spends a lot of time out on various sites, so the office is often quieter than the yards. We deal with foundations and heavy construction stuff mostly. It’s a lot of logistical planning and making sure the right machinery is in the right place at the right time. We’re not a huge corporate firm with glass walls; our office is more about getting the job done. Sometimes we have to stay late to coordinate with teams in different places. It’s just the nature of infrastructure work. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the area grow slowly. It’s a practical location for what we do, and we’re happy to be part of the local landscape.
