Innovassynth Technologies (I) Limited

Out on the Old Mumbai-Pune Road in the Raigad district, you’ll find Innovassynth Technologies (I) Limited. It’s a large site, and being out here means we have a bit more space than the city offices. The drive out can be quite nice, especially during the monsoon when everything in Raigad turns very green. The facility itself is a mix of older buildings and newer additions. We do a lot of technical work here, so there are labs and production areas spread across the grounds. It’s a busy place with people coming in on company buses or their own bikes. The weather out here can be a bit extreme, with heavy rains in the summer, but we’ve got the routine down. We aren't really about the corporate glitz. The focus is more on the machines and the chemistry. A lot of the staff have been with us for a long time, so there’s a sense of history in the hallways. We have our own canteen and some spots where people sit outside during breaks. It feels like a small community of its own out here on the highway. We just keep moving forward with our projects, day by day. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but there’s a satisfaction in seeing things get built and shipped out from our gates. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of operation that just keeps going regardless of the weather or the traffic on the main road.
