We've been here in Devipura for a while now, right on the main stretch in Singhana. It’s a busy spot near Buhana. People around Jhunjhunu know where to find us when they're starting a project or just need a few things for a repair at home. We mostly handle different types of building materials that folks around here need for their houses or shops. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the trucks coming and going, but that's just how the business is. Sometimes the yard gets a bit crowded when a big shipment of bricks or cement arrives unexpectedly. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets what they came for without too much waiting around. It isn’t a fancy office or anything like that. Just a yard where we store everything. My brother and I usually handle the loading, and sometimes the neighbors stop by just to chat for a minute while we work. The roads can be a bit rough after the rain, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the village over the years, more people building bigger homes now. We just stay focused on getting the loads out. It’s honest work, keeping us on our feet from early morning until the sun goes down. Most days are long, but seeing a new house go up using our stuff feels okay, like we actually did something useful.
