Our office is in Village Kheri, right at House 78 near the Mata Mandir. It is a simple place to find if you are in the Khadaura area. Ramkali Construction Management Private Limited isn't some big city firm with shiny cars and suits. We are based right here in the village because this is where we know everyone and everything works. Working in construction management means we spend a lot of time making sure things are moving at the different sites we look after. It is a lot of talking to local laborers and figuring out how to get materials down these smaller roads. Sometimes it is a struggle, especially when the weather isn't helping us, but we have been doing this long enough to not let it get to us. We chose the name after Ramkali, and we try to work with a sense of practicality. Being near the temple, we get a lot of people stopping by just to chat or ask about their own small building projects. We don't use any fancy software or big corporate systems; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way with notebooks and lots of site visits. It is a practical life. We wake up early, head to the sites, and make sure the walls are going up straight. It is not a complicated philosophy, just everyday work to make sure buildings get finished properly here in the village. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
