Xylochem Industries

Being out here in the G.I.D.C. industrial area means we’re surrounded by other businesses doing much the same thing as us. Xylochem Industries is based at C-3/1, and it’s a very practical sort of place. There are no fancy decorations or big bright signs here. It’s an industrial estate, so everything is about the work and the production. We deal with chemicals and industrial supplies, and our days are usually filled with the sounds of trucks and machinery running nearby. It can get a bit dusty and hot, especially in the middle of the summer, but that’s just how it is working in a place like this. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. We know the neighbors and the guys who run the local tea stall down the road. Most of our time is spent making sure the production side of things is running okay without too many hiccups. We don’t have a big front office or a receptionist to greet people. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us in the back checking on the stock or talking to a driver about a delivery. We keep things simple so we can just focus on getting the product out the door. It’s a plain life, really. We come to the G.I.D.C. plot and stay until the work is finished. There are no long meetings here, just the daily grind of making sure the orders are filled and the machines stay in good shape.
