Vikalp Ane Ukel Private Limited is based at 20 Santkrupa Society on Patlad Road in Nadiad. Our office is part of a residential society, which gives it a very local and friendly feel. It’s not like being in a cold, industrial park. We have neighbors who are living their lives all around us. The Kheda district is a good place to be, and Patlad Road is one of those main arteries that always has something going on. Our building is a regular house that has been converted into a workspace. It has a bit of a garden area in the front, though we don't always have time to look after it as much as we should. Inside, it’s all business. We have rooms set up for different tasks and plenty of space for our records. It’s comfortable but not luxurious. We’ve been in this society for a while now and we like the quiet rhythm of the place. The morning commute is easy since we are right on the main road. We don't have a huge staff, just a dedicated group of people who show up and do what they are supposed to do. There isn't any fancy jargon used in our meetings. We just talk about what needs to be solved and how to do it. It’s a practical way to run a company. We appreciate the steady nature of our work and the familiar faces we see every day.
