Utsav Food Products

If you ever drive down Pig Road in Tundel, you might see us. Utsav Food Products is right there along the way. It’s not a very big building, but we manage to get a lot done inside. We spend most of our time dealing with ingredients and making sure everything is sorted out properly. The road outside can get a bit dusty, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the entrance so it doesn't look too bad. It’s a family-run kind of thing, or at least it feels that way because we’ve all known each other forever. We handle a variety of items that people use in their kitchens every day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back so we can get the machines running again. It’s just how it goes in this part of town. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just doing our work and getting the products out to the local markets. The neighbors are nice, and we often share a cup of tea during the afternoon break when things slow down. There’s always someone coming or going, usually a supplier with a truck full of grain or someone picking up a small order for their shop. We keep a ledger on the table to track everything, and it’s usually quite messy by the end of the week with all the scribbles. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we’re used to it by now.
