Survijay Foundation

Survijay Foundation is based right in our home in Faizulla Nagar. House number 17, to be exact. We are a bit far out, near the Lamwa Kheda post and the Tanda tehsil. It’s a rural area. Life works a bit differently here than it does in the big cities. We started this because we saw a lot of things in our village that needed fixing. People around here needed a bit of support. Since we are in a village, everyone knows who we are anyway. We don't need a big sign. We don't have a fancy office. Most of the time, we are just working from the front room or out in the yard. It’s a very simple life here. We help with whatever comes up. Sometimes it is someone needing help with paperwork. Other times they just need some guidance. We don't have a website. There is no big social media presence. We just talk to our neighbors and see what’s going on. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to the nearby towns to get things sorted. We always come back here, though. It’s an honest way to live and work. We don't have a board of directors. It’s just me and my family members making decisions as we go. It’s a bit slow-paced. We feel like we are actually making a difference for our own people. It’s good work.
