Shayonam Infracons Private Limited is located over in the Nava Ghara area of Nadiad. If you head towards Kheta Talav and look around Desai Vago, that’s where you’ll find our setup. It’s a local neighborhood, not some sterile industrial park. We like being part of the town. Most of us grew up around Kheda, so we know the people and the land pretty well. Our day usually starts early before the heat gets too bad. We deal with all sorts of infrastructure bits and pieces. Some days it’s mostly paperwork and permits, which can be a real headache, but it’s part of the job. Other days we are out on-site getting our hands dirty. We don't have a polished corporate image. Our office is functional, with maps on the walls and boots by the door. We talk to each other plainly. If something isn't working, we say so and try to fix it. There’s no point in sugarcoating things when you’re trying to build something that needs to last. People in Nadiad know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. We’ve seen the area change over the years and we’re just glad to be a small part of that growth. It’s not about being the most famous company in Gujarat. It’s just about doing what we know how to do and making sure the work is solid.
