About Ravikiran Ceramics Pvt Ltd – Building & Construction Material in Kheda
The road out to Narsanda is usually pretty bumpy, which isn't great when you're moving ceramics. We are located right in Kanjari, and the facility is mostly just long rows of shelves filled with different clay items and finished pieces. There’s always a fine layer of white dust over everything, no matter how much we sweep. You can smell the earth and the kilns from the moment you walk through the gate. Usually, we start the day by checking the cooling racks to see how the previous night's firing went. Sometimes things crack, and that’s just part of the job that we have to deal with. The office is just a partitioned corner where we keep the ledgers and a couple of plastic chairs for visitors. It’s quiet out here compared to the city, except for when the trucks are idling outside waiting to load up. We have a small staff and most of us live nearby, so we walk or cycle in. Lunch is usually spent sitting out back where it’s a bit cooler. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights, just the name on the wall. It takes a lot of patience to work with ceramics because you can’t rush the drying process or the heat. We just keep an eye on the clocks and make sure the temperature stays where it needs to be. Sometimes the clay is stubborn and we have to start a batch over.
