Ratnamani Techno Casts Ltd. is located at No. 3310 in Phase-IV of the G.I.D.C. Estate. Our place is basically a foundry where we do a lot of casting work. It’s hot and it’s loud, but that’s the nature of the business when you’re dealing with molten metal. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and the estate has grown quite a bit around us. We have a bunch of guys who really know their way around a furnace and the casting molds. It’s skilled work that you can’t really learn overnight. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate perks. Our focus is entirely on the production floor where the real work happens. Every day we’re busy preparing molds and pouring metal, making sure everything cools correctly. It’s a tough environment, but there’s a lot of pride in seeing a finished casting come out right. We aren’t looking to impress anyone with big marketing campaigns. We just let the castings speak for us. Most of the people we work with have been our clients for years because they know what to expect from us. We show up early, we work through the heat, and we make sure the orders are ready when we say they will be. It’s just a regular industrial life here in G.I.D.C. Phase-IV, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The coffee isn't great, but the work is solid.
