Mundra International Container Terminal,Mundra Port-Gujarat

Our office for Mundra International Container Terminal is actually tucked away in Balasinor, Gujarat. We are at Shree Krishna Krupa, B/12, in the Dwarkesh Society on Virpur Road. It’s a bit of a distance from the actual port, but this is where we handle a lot of the administrative side of things. Balasinor is a smaller town compared to the big port cities, so it’s a bit quieter here in Dwarkesh Society. We work out of this building, mostly keeping track of containers and schedules. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and ledgers. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls, just some maps and calendars to keep us on track. Most days it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional truck passing by on Virpur Road. We’ve been here for a while, and it works for us. The local shopkeepers know us by name, and we usually get our lunch from a place just down the street. It’s a straightforward way to work. We don't try to make it look like something it isn’t. Managing containers involves a lot of waiting and then a lot of sudden rushing, so we just stay ready. Even though we are in a residential-style society, the work is constant. We appreciate the calm of Balasinor while we deal with the busy world of shipping and containers.
