We’ve been set up here in Kheda for a while now, right across from the Nagar Palika office. It’s a busy spot but we like being central. Mostly we just deal with the day-to-day work involved in local infrastructure projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty since we are always moving around between sites. People know where to find us because of Aash Developers. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a few of us making sure things get built properly. We spend a lot of time out in the village and around the Taluka. The work is mostly hard labor and planning, nothing too exciting to talk about. We try to keep our gear in good shape and show up on time. The weather gets hot around here, which makes the outdoor jobs tough, but we manage. Most of the guys have lived in this district their whole lives. We don't have a big front desk or anyone to answer phones all day. If you stop by, you might have to wait a minute for someone to come out from the back. We just focus on the task at hand. It's a simple way of working. We’ve seen the area change over the years. Being right in the middle of town helps us stay connected to what's happening. We just take one job at a time and see it through until it's done. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing our bit for the local area.
