Ketan Construction Ltd.

Our office for Ketan Construction Ltd. is at 94 Navdeep Society on Dakor Road in Kapadwanj. We are situated right across from the college. It’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. Kapadwanj is a smaller place compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Things move a little slower here. We spend our time managing small and medium builds around town. Sometimes the college students are making a lot of noise outside, but we don't mind it. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and our ledgers. We don't use much fancy software; we still like writing things down on paper. The office is small but it fits what we need. We keep some samples of tiles and bricks in the corner. Most of the day, our boots are dusty because we just came from a site. We talk to the local vendors for our supplies, and we’ve known most of them for years. It’s a simple way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us making sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. If you come by Dakor Road, you’ll probably see our motorbikes parked outside. We don't spend much on advertising because people just see our work around the society and the college area and find us that way.
