Keshavam Buildcon Llp

Keshavam Buildcon Llp is based out of Shop No. 3 in Krishana Park. We aren't a huge corporation or anything, just a local outfit handling building projects and development work around this part of town. The shop is small, but it serves as our main hub where we keep all the plans and meet with contractors. It gets a bit crowded when everyone comes in at once to talk about the day's schedule. Usually, there's a lot of dust on the boots and coffee in the mugs. We focus on getting the actual building work done rather than sitting in front of a computer all day. It’s a lot of coordination, making sure materials arrive and the workers know what the next step is. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or late deliveries, but we deal with it as it comes. We’ve been at this Krishana Park location for a bit, and it’s a good spot because it's easy for people to find us. No flashy signs or anything, just the name on the door. People know where we are if they need to talk about a project or check on progress. We don't spend much time on fancy talk; we just try to keep the sites moving and make sure the walls go up straight. It’s hard work, but we like being part of the local building scene. Most of our clients are just regular people from the neighborhood who saw our work nearby and asked for our number. We keep things pretty simple.
