We are Karmvir Construction (P)Ltd, and our main office is located in Nadiad. We’re over at L 36/426 in Pragati Nagar, which is right opposite St Nagar on Kapadwnj Road. It’s a busy part of town and we’ve seen a lot of buildings go up around here over the years. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to local projects. Construction is hard work and it isn't always pretty. There’s usually dust on the boots and plenty of noise from the sites. But that’s how you know something is getting built. We started small and just kept at it. Our office is a place where we plan out the next steps and talk to the workers. We don't have those glossy brochures you see from big city firms. Our work speaks for itself when you see the houses and structures standing tall. Gujarat has a lot of growth happening and being in Nadiad puts us right in the middle of it. Sometimes the weather makes things tough, especially when the heat gets high, but the crew keeps moving. We use simple tools and tried-and-tested methods. It’s not about being fancy; it’s about making sure the walls are straight and the foundation is solid. We like being builders. It’s something you can see and touch at the end of the day. Our neighbors know us as the people who get things done without a lot of talking.
