Our office is at number 6 in the Ashapura Colony, which is part of the Annapura Society in Sinchai Nagar, Keer Kheda. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve set up our construction and building business here. The neighborhood is mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise when we are at the office. We do a lot of work on local housing and small commercial spots. It’s a lot of planning and checking on materials. We aren't some big firm with fancy suits. Most days we are in our regular clothes and probably have some mud on our boots from visiting a site. We keep our paperwork in order at the Sinchai Nagar office and meet with clients there. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People just hear about us from their neighbors. Keer Kheda is growing, so there is usually enough work to keep us on our toes. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors trying to get the best price on bricks or steel. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have disagreements, but we work it out. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep working in this area. It’s our home and we care about how the buildings here turn out. The office is just a place to get the administrative stuff done before we head out.
