Joitiba Hospital

Joitiba Hospital is right at the Nainpur Char Rasta, along the Haldarvas Road. If you know the Haldar Road area, you’ve probably passed by us a few times. It’s a central spot for the people living in this part of the district. The hospital is a busy place, especially on market days when the roads are full of carts and bikes. We handle all sorts of medical needs, but we have a lot of people coming in for general health and emergency stuff. The building is a bit older and we’re always fixing something, whether it’s a leaky pipe or a flickering light. That’s just the reality of running a hospital in this area. Our staff is mostly local, and we know many of the patients by their first names. We don't have a corporate office telling us what to do. We just look at who is in the waiting room and try to help them as best we can. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially during the monsoon season when things get messy outside. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR person. We just have a hospital that stays open for the community. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place where we do our best with what we have. Most people just walk in from the Nainpur Char Rasta when they need help or have an emergency.
