We are over at Mission Road in Nadiad. The office is in Mayuri Society, specifically B/1, right behind Panchayatan and near Ramtalavadi. It’s a quiet residential kind of area, which is nice because it isn't too noisy during the day. We’ve been operating out of this Gujarat location for quite some time now. There isn't much to see, just a basic workspace where we handle our daily tasks. We spend most of our mornings getting through emails and then the afternoons are for site visits or meetings. It’s a small operation here. Sometimes the internet is slow, which can be a bit annoying, but we get by. We know the people in the society well. If you’re looking for us, it’s easier to just ask someone for the Ramtalavadi landmark. We don’t do much advertising; people just seem to know we’re here. The office has a few old chairs and a big wooden desk that’s seen better days. It feels like home after all these years. We focus on the work in front of us and try to keep things simple. Nadiad is a good place to be based, everything is within reach. We don’t have any big secrets or complicated systems. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home in the evening. It’s a regular life for regular people like us.
