You can find us at No. 211 in the Swastik Apartment building. We’re tucked away behind the Dena Bank in the Gadh Word area. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main road, which is nice. We deal with surgical and medical equipment, so the rooms are often filled with crates and different types of machinery. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes when a new shipment comes in. Working from an apartment building means we have to be careful about noise, but the neighbors are mostly used to us by now. We’ve been in this space for a while. The office part is just a couple of desks and a computer where we handle the orders. Most of our day is spent checking equipment or talking to suppliers on the phone. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. People usually call ahead before they come over to look at something. Since we are behind the bank, it takes a moment to find the right entrance if it’s your first time here. Gadh Word is a decent area to work out of, and being near the bank makes it easy for errands. We just focus on getting the equipment where it needs to go. There’s always a lot to do, and we just take it one day at a time without much fuss.
