Nandgam is a quiet place, and our spot at 827 is right in the middle of that calm. Being in the Ta: Mahudha region means we are a bit removed from the fast pace of the big cities, and we like it that way. Flexi Ballon Biogas Plant isn’t a place of glass and steel. It’s a practical site where we deal with the realities of the land. Most of the day is spent outdoors or in the shed, checking on things and making sure the equipment is behaving. The weather out here in Mahudha really dictates how our day goes. If it’s raining, we’re mostly inside dealing with the paperwork, but on clear days, there’s always something to be done out in the open. Our team is small, mostly made up of people from the nearby villages who know the area like the back of their hands. We don't have a human resources department or a fancy boardroom. Meetings usually happen standing up near the entrance or over a quick meal in the shade. It’s a simple existence, focused on the task at hand. We don't spend money on big advertisements because everyone around here already knows where we are. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the day-to-day operations. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a good one, and the air out here is a lot fresher than in the city.
