You can find us at number 7, Trideep Society, right on Pij Road in Nadiad. We’re pretty close to the Collector’s Bungalow, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to visit. Working at Expat Properties I Ltd means I spend a lot of my time talking to people about houses and land. Nadiad is a growing place, and there’s always something happening on the property side of things. Our office is part of the society, so it’s got a very local feel to it. I usually have the phone on me all the time—that's the 98241 88308 number you might see—because people call at all hours asking about prices or locations. It’s not a fancy setup. We have a few chairs for guests and a big map of the area on the wall. Sometimes the rain makes Pij Road a bit messy, but that doesn't stop people from coming by.
