We’re over in Kapadvanj, specifically in Nilkanth Nagar society at A40. It’s a bit of a quiet area on Ratnakar Mata Road. Kheda is our home, and we’ve been working around here for a good while now. Our office is basically just a room with some chairs and a table covered in messy drawings. We don’t have a big staff or a fancy website to show off. It’s just us. We spend a lot of time driving around to different sites in the district. Sometimes the roads are good, sometimes they aren't, especially after the rain. We got into buildtech because it seemed like a solid thing to do at the time. It’s not always easy, especially when prices for materials go up out of nowhere. We just try to manage as best as we can. We’ve known most of our workers for years, and we trust them to do the right thing. There’s a lot of talking involved in this job—talking to neighbors, talking to officials, and talking to each other. It gets loud sometimes. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just build stuff. Sometimes we make mistakes, like forgetting to order enough bricks for the day, but we fix it and move on. It’s a real business with real people. We like the community here in Kapadvanj. It’s where we live and where we work. There is nothing more to it than that, really. It keeps us busy.
